Built for the rules, not around them

Google's policy and UK consumer law set rules on how you ask for reviews. This is how Monty's review journey works.

Read Our Review Policy
  • Every guest is askedAnyone can rate; low ratings keep the public link.
  • Problems reach a person firstLow ratings and reports alert the person you choose, by role or area.
  • Gifts for every guestOffers can be set to instant claim, so no rating is needed.

Got a question?

What is hospitality reputation management?

It is the work that shapes what guests say about your venue, and it starts during the visit: hearing from guests while there's still time to help, getting problems to someone who can act, making reviews part of the journey, and giving guests reasons to spend and return. Monty connects all four for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés and groups.

How is Monty different from a review-collection tool?

Collection is one pillar of five. A code at the table opens a channel during the visit, low ratings and reported problems alert the right person, reviews are answered from one inbox, and a weekly report names one thing to try. Offers, a guest list and follow-ups give guests reasons to spend and return.

How do venues get more Google reviews without breaking Google's rules?

By making the ask part of the visit: a code on the table, in the guest's language, one tap to open. Guests who rate at or above the threshold you set are sent straight on to Google; guests below it are offered a private feedback form first, and the link to post a public review stays on the page. Our Review Policy explains more.

Which platforms does Monty connect to?

Google, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot reviews come into your inbox, and guests can also be sent on to Facebook or LINE. Alerts go out by WhatsApp, Telegram and email, and offers and follow-ups by email and WhatsApp. Staff review cards work in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and webhooks and a Partner API connect your own systems. The integrations page has the full list.

What does Monty cost?

It depends on the plan and how many venues you have, and a group pays one price for all its venues. The pricing page shows what each plan lets your team do and how to ask for a price.
