Review pages

Ask every guest, in their language

One scan opens a page in your brand, in the guest’s own language, with no app and no login. Guests who enjoyed the visit are sent on to Google or Tripadvisor, and a guest who didn’t can tell you privately while there’s still time to put it right.

  • One tap, no app

Scanning the code on the table, at the counter or in the room opens the page. No download and no login, so answering takes seconds.

  • In 31 languages

The page picks up the language of the guest’s phone and translates your wording, so visitors from abroad can answer too.

  • Problems come to you

A rating below your threshold opens a private form for details and photos, and raises an SOS alert, so someone can act before the guest leaves.

  • Nobody screened out

Happy guests go on to Google. Anyone rating lower sees a private form first, and the public review link stays on the page.

A review page that feels like part of your venue, not a form

Your brand, your words

Set the logo, font, colours and background, write the headline and button, and choose what guests are asked for: a rating, an email, a phone number or a dropdown. A live preview shows each change as guests will see it.

  • Logo, colours, background and 15 fonts, set to match your venue

  • Your own wording, translated into each guest’s language

  • A threshold you set that routes each rating

  • Email, phone and dropdown fields, so guests can leave their details

Hear every guest, and invite every one to review

Each rating leads somewhere: on to a review site, or to a private form and an alert.

Happy guests are sent straight on to Google, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Facebook or LINE
Test up to three headlines, see each one’s results, and keep the winner
A thank-you page in your own words, and the public review link is still on it

Know where every review came from

Every code belongs to a place or a person: a table, a room, the bar, a team member. Each rating and piece of feedback is credited to it, so you can see which areas need attention and who is asking.

QR Codes & Touchpoints
  • A code for each table, room, area or team member
  • Who collected it, on every rating and piece of feedback
  • Internal-only areas that thank guests and keep the rating in Monty

Questions about review pages

Do guests need an app?

No. A QR code, NFC tag or link opens the page in their phone’s browser, in their language. Nothing to download, no account to make.

What happens when a guest gives a low rating?

If it’s below your threshold, they see a private feedback form, and your team gets an SOS alert and a case to follow up. A link to leave a public review sits under the form and on the thank-you page.

Which review sites can guests be sent to?

Google, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Facebook, LINE or any link you add. Monty can take turns between your links, or use Smart Routing: guests on Chrome go to Google, everyone else to a second site you choose.

Can we change the wording?

Yes. The headline, fields, button and thank-you message are yours to write. Monty translates them for each language you switch on, you can edit any translation, and A/B tests show which headline gets more answers.
