SOS alerts
Hear about it while they’re still here
A low rating or a reported problem reaches the person, role or area you choose within minutes, by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or in the app, with the guest’s words, so someone can act during the visit.

Straight to the right person
Rules send each source to the person, role or area you pick: issue reports to maintenance, low ratings to the duty manager.
On the apps your team uses
Alerts arrive by WhatsApp, Telegram, email or in Monty, with links to acknowledge and resolve without logging in.
Nothing left hanging
By default, an alert nobody acknowledges within two hours is escalated, and every recipient is reminded.
A suggested next step
Each alert carries a suggested action written by AI, so whoever picks it up has a place to start.
Turn the moment a guest is let down into the moment you win them back
Every alert, live
Open alerts sit on one screen with their priority, category and source, filtered by time, area or status. Open one to read the guest’s words, see their photos, send it to staff on WhatsApp, and resolve it with a note.
Alerts from low ratings and issue reports, plus test alerts you send
Filter by time, category, priority, area, source or status
AI insights three times a day on patterns, warnings and what went well
A resolution note on each alert records what was done
The right person, on the right app, in minutes
Set your routing rules once, and each alert goes to someone with the chance to put it right.
Every problem followed up
Alerts move from active to acknowledged to resolved, each closed with a note. The stats show what’s open, what’s been handled and which areas and categories come up most, so you can fix the causes, not only the moment.

Questions about SOS alerts
What sets off an alert?
A rating below your threshold on your review page, or a problem a guest reports through an issue-reporting code. Routing rules can take either or both, and you can send a test alert from Settings.
Who gets the alerts?
On WhatsApp, whoever your routing rules name: a user, a staff member, everyone with a role, or an area or department. Email goes to the owner and the recipients you list, Telegram to every linked chat, and each alert shows in the app.
What if nobody picks it up?
After two hours with no acknowledgement, or the window a rule sets, it’s escalated and every recipient is reminded by email and Telegram.
Can guests still leave a public review?
Yes. The feedback form and thank-you page both keep a link to a public review. The alert gives your team a chance to help during the visit.
