QR codes & touchpoints
A code for every table, room and person
Put a tracked code wherever guests spend time: on the table, at the bar, in the room, on a team member’s review card. Each scan is counted and each rating credited to that spot or person, so you know where guests speak up.
Included in every plan. See pricing
Tracked, not just printed
Each code counts its scans and the ratings that come through it, so you can see which tables, rooms and people guests respond to.
Up to 500 at a time
Create a range like Room 1 to 200 in one go, or import names from a spreadsheet, then download the lot in one file.
Set up on the first scan
Print unlabelled codes and put them out. The first staff member to scan one names it and picks its area, and it’s live.
Styled to match
Set colours, dots and corners, add your logo and a label, and download a PNG or SVG ready for your own printer.
Know which table, which room and which person brought in every review
Touchpoint Manager
Every code in one list, with its place, the person or area it’s linked to, its last scan and its total. Filter by area, status or setup, and relink a code in a click when tables move or staff change.
One list of every code, its scans and when it was last used
Link a code to a person or an area, and ratings follow it
Import codes from a spreadsheet, with your names, staff and areas
Codes that open the review page, the issue form or any link
Codes that go where your guests are
One code for the venue or one for every room: the more specific the code, the more you learn.
Codes for problems, not just reviews
An issue-reporting code in rooms, washrooms and common areas gives guests a private way to flag a problem during their visit. Each report becomes an SOS alert and a numbered case, so the fix has an owner.
Guest Issues- Review, issue-report or custom-link codes
- Up to five photos and the guest’s own words, no login
- Sent to SOS Alerts and Guest Issues by default
Questions about touchpoints
Do we need special hardware?
No. Touchpoints are QR codes you print on posters, cards or stickers, designed in Monty. NFC tags can be added by their five-digit code.
Can one code cover the whole venue?
Yes. Use one code for everything, one per area, or one per table, room or team member. The more specific the code, the clearer it is where guests speak up and where problems start.
What if we move a code?
Relink it in Touchpoint Manager: the print stays the same, and new scans count for its new place.
Can we download all our codes at once?
Yes. Select the codes, give them one design and download a ZIP of PNG and SVG files, ready for print.
