For bars & pubs
Busy bar, happy regulars
When the bar is three deep, nobody has time to chase feedback. One scan at the table gets a problem to the bar manager or sends a happy guest on to Google. An offer for next week gives regulars a reason to return.
Catch it before last orders
The code on the table asks how the night’s going. If a round goes missing, a low rating becomes an alert and the bar manager knows within minutes, not from a review in the morning.
- A code on every table and at the bar, with no app
- Low ratings sent to the bar manager on WhatsApp
- Each issue a numbered case until sorted
Bring them back next week
An offer such as two-for-one on quiz night gives guests a reason to come back. Everyone who claims it or leaves an email joins your guest list for the next invitation.
- Offers with dates, limits and PIN redemption
- Guests who leave an email join a list you can email or export
- Shared by banner, QR or WhatsApp

A team that asks every table

- Weekly or monthly leaderboards, with Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers
- Where you rank on Google Maps for “pub near me”
Questions from bars and pubs
Will it slow service down?
No. Guests scan the code in their own time, and staff only hear from Monty when a low rating or a reported problem needs them.
Who hears about a problem?
The person, role or area your routing rules name gets it on WhatsApp, with the table and what the guest said, and the team gets email, Telegram and in-app alerts. Each alert opens a numbered case, and it’s escalated if nobody acknowledges it within two hours.
Can we run offers through Monty?
Yes, on Premium. Each offer has a claim page, validity dates, a redemption limit and PIN redemption at the bar, and goes out by email, WhatsApp or a link.
Is it allowed to ask every guest for a review?
The rules come from Google’s policy and UK consumer law. In Monty, every guest who scans can reach a public review link unless you mark their area internal-only; a rating below your threshold opens a private form first, with the link kept on the page.
Do staff get credit for the reviews they collect?
Yes. Every rating left through a bartender’s own QR code or wallet card is credited to them, and on Premium the leaderboard ranks the team weekly, monthly or yearly.
Can we try it first?
Book a demo to see Monty set up for your own bar, and we’ll cover how to try it.
