For hotels
Catch it in-stay, not on Tripadvisor
A code in the room lets guests tell you how the stay is going. Problems reach housekeeping, maintenance or reception while the guest is still there, and a card at checkout invites a review. A return-stay offer gives guests a reason to book again.
Fix it while they’re still staying
The code in the room asks how the stay is going, and a report-a-problem code lets guests flag a fault privately, with photos. If the air con fails, maintenance hears during the stay, not from a review a week later.

More reviews after every checkout

Questions from hotels
How do guests give feedback during their stay?
A code in the room or at reception opens a page in their own language, or a private form to report a problem. No app, no login.
Can alerts go to different teams?
Yes. Routing rules send each source to the person, role or area you pick, so issue reports can go to maintenance and low ratings to the duty manager on WhatsApp, with email, Telegram and in-app alerts for the team. Unacknowledged alerts escalate after two hours.
Is it allowed to ask every guest for a review?
Asking for reviews is normal; Google’s policy and UK consumer law set rules on how. Every guest who scans can reach a public review link unless you mark their area internal-only, and a rating below your threshold opens a private form first, with the link kept.
Which review sites does Monty work with?
Google, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot reviews arrive in your inbox every day on Premium, and guests can also be sent on to Facebook or LINE. Alerts go by WhatsApp, Telegram or email; follow-up offers by email or WhatsApp.
Does it work for a hotel group?
Yes. Each hotel keeps its own team and alerts, and the group view shows which property needs you first.
Can we try it first?
Book a demo to see Monty on your own hotel, from room code to follow-up, and ask how to try it.
