For restaurants
Fix it before dessert
A code on the table lets diners say how it’s going mid-meal, so problems reach the duty manager within minutes and happy diners go on to Google. A table offer gives diners a reason to book again.
Hear it at the table, not on Google
A diner scans the code on the table and rates the meal in their own language. A rating below your threshold opens a private feedback form and alerts the duty manager, while there’s still time to put it right.
- A tracked code on every table, so you see where diners answer
- Each diner answers in their own language
- Alerts to the duty manager by WhatsApp or Telegram
Turn good nights into Google reviews
Diners who rate the night well are sent straight on to Google or Tripadvisor. Each new review reaches your inbox with a reply drafted, ready to check and post.
- Happy diners sent straight on to Google or Tripadvisor
- Replies drafted in your tone, posted by you
- A weekly report with one thing to try next

Questions from restaurants
How do diners give feedback?
They scan the code on the table, or tap an NFC tag if you use one, and rate the meal on a page in your brand and their own language. No app to download, no login.
Who hears about a problem?
Whoever your routing rules name: a person, a role such as duty manager, or an area. They get it on WhatsApp with the table and what the diner said, the team gets email, Telegram and in-app alerts, and it’s escalated if nobody picks it up within two hours.
Is it allowed to ask every diner for a review?
Google’s policy and UK consumer law set rules on how you ask. Every diner who scans can reach a public review link unless you mark their area internal-only. Below your threshold, a private feedback form comes first, and the link stays on that page.
Do staff get credit for the reviews they collect?
Yes. Each team member gets their own QR code or an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card, and every rating left through it is credited to them. On Premium, the staff leaderboard ranks who collects the most.
Does it work for a group of restaurants?
Yes. Every restaurant sits in one group account, with Top Performers and Needs Attention lists across sites.
Can we try it first?
